Every project has three phases:
- Concept/design.
- Documenting the scope of the work (who’s doing what, types of materials and finishes etc.).
- The getting it done.
If you wish to proceed further and engage our services, we would start by:
- Preparing a discussion plan, that would evolve until all parties are happy with the scope of works. This is undertaken on an hourly rate basis.
- We would then recommend engaging the services of a Quantity Surveyor.
- Either revise or confirm that the scope of works falls within budget, you are now able to look to see that you are not over capitalizing in your investment, and that you are with in your affordable budget.
You are now ready to proceed with the Contract Documentation and on to Tender and Construction drawing stage.
Contract
Once you have approved the initial drawings, and decide to proceed to the tender and the construction stage we will enter into a Master Builders Contract agreement.
Separate consultants, such as engineers and quantity surveyors, are a separate charge and will be billed directly to the client.
We believe it is important to outline the investment you are undertaking by employing our services which will reflect in the real value in your project.
Remember the old sayings “you get the best oats from the front of the horse”.
Thank you for choosing us to provide you with our personal service in your project, we look forward to working with you.
Yours Faithfully
